SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Package Carrier Deliver,

We will ship by carrier/freight shipping to your house. The shipper will drop at the front of the house/curbside, or you can ask inside the house (Let us know about this). Includes select decor, lighting, rugs, jewelry, and smaller furniture items that can fit and safely ship using standard UPS or FEDEX shipping.

  • Standard - 5-17 business days

  • Expedited - ships via UPS 2nd Day Air®

  • Express - ships via UPS Next Day Air®

All jewelry orders require a signature upon receipt by an individual at least 18 years of age.

Please note: Orders received after noon EST or placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been finalized and processed, you will be notified with delivery information via UPS or other freight truck.  Our order processing will vary based on company-observed holidays, demand, and product availability. Some items, including Package Carrier Deliveries, may ship separately – this will be noted during checkout and on your receipt.

We do not currently process orders on Saturday or Sunday

Package Carrier Deliveries will be delivered according to the delivery method selected - Standard, Expedited or Express.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Terms and Conditions,

We maintain a 14-day return policy.

Our goal is to provide you with unique, high-quality, solid wood furniture at an affordable price.

However, we know that for whatever reason, things sometimes just don't work out. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, or if you discover a manufacturer defect or damage upon delivery, please notify our Concierge Team immediately at 703-347-2852.

let us know within 14 days, to process a return or exchange, we require the original receipt. A 10% restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or damage.
